Prince Charles & Duchess Camilla Have Moved to Scotland Amid Coronavirus

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla were forced to postpone their upcoming royal tour of Bosnia, Herzegovina, Cyprus, and Jordan. It's also been revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall have left England for the time being, and are spending time in Scotland instead.

A palace aide confirms to BAZAAR.com that Charles and Camilla are staying on the Balmoral estate, and have left London for the foreseeable future.

The decision to spend time in a remote location makes sense for the duke and duchess, who are both in their seventies and, as a result, at a higher risk of coronavirus.

Meanwhile, Queen Elizabeth II has canceled her previously scheduled visits to Cheshire and Camden, and has announced that she will make further changes. The queen has also left London for Windsor with her husband, Prince Philip.

Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla celebrated Mother's Day in the U.K. on Sunday by sharing a throwback photo of the queen with Charles. They wrote on Instagram, "Wishing everyone a Happy Mother’s Day, particularly in a year when families may not be able to be together.
