Pete Davidson hit fans with many revelations in his latest Netflix special, Turbo Fonzarelli, including his childhood crush on none other than Leonardo DiCaprio. Don’t worry, Pete, we can all relate to you on that one.

Alongside his hilarious work, the TV star and comedian is known for his many relationships with a long list of celebrities, including Kim Kardashian and Ariana Grande. However, this isn’t the route young Pete thought he’d be going down when he was younger, as he was so caught up in ‘love’ with the Titanic star Leonardo DiCaprio, he thought he was gay.

Pete begins the story on his Netflix special that he was “obsessed” and “in love” with Leonardo DiCaprio at 10 years old, leading him to believe he was gay. Like a lot of people can probably relate, he had posters of the star all over his wall, and pictures of him on the beach.

“I was into girls too, but I’m from Staten Island. In 2002, no girl was hotter than Leonardo DiCaprio in Staten Island,” the 30-year-old joked.

The star then went on to express how the Titanic actor, renowned for not daring anyone under 25, still gets girls today “based on what he looked like in 2002.”

“He is the GOAT. I hope he never gets married,” Davidson continues of his celeb crush.

He then recalls sitting on his porch, wondering how he’s going to tell his ‘Irish Catholic Staten Island’ mom about his sexuality. However, he shortly came to the conclusion he wasn’t actually gay, and he’s surely shown his love for women over the years.
