Kristen Stewart Walks Carpet in Daring High-Waisted Bodysuit
Kristen Stewart’s response to her controversial underwear cover? Step out in something even more daring.
The actor, who recently posed in white underwear for a raw cover story shoot for Rolling Stone, once again pulled a look that championed the pantsless trend, this time for the Los Angeles premiere of her film Love Lies Bleeding.
Tuesday night, she walked the red carpet at the Fine Arts Theatre in the look, the highlight of which was a super-high-waisted black bodysuit with thin straps, a square neckline, and an open back. The statement piece by Bettter covered only part of her torso, leaving the sides open. Stewart wore it over sheer black tights with a compression waistline that acted as a belt, a black suit jacket with rolled-up sleeves revealing silky white fabric underneath, and pointy black pumps.

For jewelry, she wore several silver rings—including one on her ring finger—and for glam, she wore smoky eye shadow, jet-black mascara, a subtly pink lip, and a messy, wavy ponytail with wispy bangs.
The Twilight alum put on some loungy black pants over her bodysuit and traded her heels for some white socks and black Adidas sneakers after walking the carpet, when she and her Love Lies Bleeding costars—Katy O’Brian, Jena Malone, and Anna Baryshnikov—as well as director Rose Glass, said some words about the movie.

The romance-thriller tells the story of Lou (Stewart), a shy gym manager who falls hard for Jackie (O’Brian), an ambitious bodybuilder passing through town en route to a competition in Las Vegas to pursue her dream. Before long, their relationship takes a dramatic turn when Lou’s family gets involved. Love Lies Bleeding officially premieres this Friday, March 8.
